so you want a macro to holy shock yourself baseline, holy shock partner if targeted and holy shock enemy if press shift?

Edit: I can't test the second line right now, but it -should- work. If it doesn't, comment back and I'll think of something else.

This will cast Holy Shock on target when holding shift if the target is an enemy, or do nothing if there is no enemy. It will cast Holy Shock on yourself if you have no target, or target a friendly. It will cast Holy Shock on yourself if you are targeting an enemy and do not have shift held.
