New changes:

Posted Image Druid (Forums)
  • Cyclone Tosses the enemy target into the air, preventing all action but making them invulnerable for up to 6 sec. Only one target can be affected by your Cyclone at a time. 7.5% of Base Mana. 20 30 yd range. 1.7 sec cast.
  • Wild Mushroom: Bloom Causes all of your Wild Mushrooms to bloom, healing all allies within 8 yards for [ 2,233 + 20.7% of Spell Power ]. Unlimited range. Instant. Bonus healing on the Wild Mushroom will be divided across all targets healed. Unlimited range. Instant.
Balance & Restoration
  • Wild Mushroom (Restoration) The mushrooms grow larger as they accumulate healing power from 75% each accumulate healing power from 25% of overhealing done by your Rejuvenation, up to a maximum of 100% 33% of your health in bonus healing. per mushroom.
Restoration
  • Naturalist (New) Increases all healing you deal by 10%. Druid - Restoration Spec.

  • Summon Black Ox Statue Summons a Black Ox Statue at the target location. Lasts for 15 min. Only one Black Ox Statue can be summoned at any one time. The Black Ox Statue interacts with your Provoke and Leer of the Ox abilities. Sanctuary of the Ox (Passive) Everytime the Monk deals [ 800% [ 1,600% of AP ] damage, the Black Ox statue will cast Guard on an injured party or raid member within 40 yards absorbing [ 197.1% of AP + 14,232 ] damage lasting 30 sec. This effect cannot be cast onto the Monk. Monk - Brewmaster Spec. 40 yd range. Instant. 30 sec cooldown.
Windwalker
  • Spinning Fire Blossom Deals [ 766 + 66.5% of AP Brewmaster: Deals [ 75.5% of Mainhand Min DPS + 37.8% of Offhand Min DPS + 19.1% of AP - 2 ] to [ 75.5% of Mainhand Max DPS + 37.8% of Offhand Max DPS + 19.1% of AP + 2 ] Fire damage to the first enemy target in front of you within 0 yards. If Spinning Fire Blossom travels further than 10 yards, the damage is increased by 50% and you root the target for 2 sec. Windwalker: Deals [ 188.8% of Mainhand Min DPS + 94.4% of Offhand Min DPS + 15% of AP - 2 ] to [ 188.8% of Mainhand Max DPS + 94.4% of Offhand Max DPS + 15% of AP + 2 ] Fire damage to the first enemy target in front of you within 0 yards. If Spinning Fire Blossom travels further than 10 yards, the damage is increased by 50% and you root the target for 2 sec. Mistweaver: Deals [ 283.1% of Mainhand Min DPS + 15% of AP - 2 ] to [ 283.1% of Mainhand Max DPS + 15% of AP + 2 ;] Fire damage to the first enemy target in front of you within 0 yards. If Spinning Fire Blossom travels further than 10 yards, the damage is increased by 50% and you root the target for 2 sec. Monk - Windwalker Spec. 1 Chi. 50 yd range. Instant.

  • Solace and Insanity (New) Discipline, Holy: You gain the Power Word: Solace ability. Shadow: When cast on a target that has three of your Shadow damage-over-time spells applied, your Mind Flay gains the insanity effect. Strike an enemy with the power of the heavens, dealing [ 1,136 + 111% of Spell Power ] Holy damage and an additional [ 7 + 3.12% of Spell Power ] Holy damage over 7 sec and restoring 1% of maximum mana. Replaces Holy Fire. Assault the target's mind with Shadow energy, causing 6,294 Shadow damage over 3 sec and slowing their movement speed by 50%. Priest - LvL 45 Talent.
Discipline
  • Divine Aegis Critical heals and all heals from Prayer of Healing create a protective shield on the target, absorbing 50% of the amount healed. Lasts 15 sec. Priest - Discipline Spec.
  • Rapture Removes the cooldown on Power Word: Shield and reduces its mana cost by 50%. In addition, when your Power Word: Shield is completely absorbed or dispelled you are instantly energized with mana equal to 250% 100% of your Spirit (excluding short-duration Spirit bonuses). This effect can only occur once every 12 sec. Priest - Discipline Spec.
Discipline & Holy
  • Focused Will Whenever you are victim of any damage greater than 10% of your total health or critically hit by any non-periodic attack, you gain Focused Will reducing all damage taken by 15% lasting for 8 sec. Stacks up to 2 times. Priest - Discipline Spec. Holy Spec.

  • Smoke Bomb Creates a cloud of thick smoke in an 8 yard radius around the Rogue for 5 sec. Enemies are unable to target into or out of the smoke cloud. Instant. 3 min cooldown. Allies take 20% less damage while within the cloud. Instant. 3 min cooldown.
Talents
  • Marked for Death Mark the target, instantly generating 5 combo points on them. When the target dies If the target dies within 60 sec, Marked for Death's cooldown is reset. Rogue - LvL 90 Talent. 30 yd range. Instant. 60 sec cooldown.
Combat

  • Fel Armor Reduces damage taken by 10%. Increases, total health by 10% and the amount of health generated through spells and effects by 10%. Passive.

So they put rapture back to 100% mana instead of 250%?  Is this real?  I don't know a lot about disc priests but this doesn't seem like a good change for PvP.  Am I missing something?

Blizzard seriously need to let the Aimed Shot train go. It seems like it's their only card to play when it comes to MM, and reducing base cast does nothing because no one fucking casts Aimed Shot. How about making Master Marksman more reliable and easy to get off..wow basically same thing achieved.

The Bluepost linked a few comments above is quite confusing. It does not mention the Feral 30 second CD nor that it shares DR. I guess it's still the case but they haven't written it down.
