New PTR Changes (RDruid Healing Buff, Blinding Light Nerf, Clone change & more)

Blinding light definitely needed a nerf, holy paladins had too many instant cc's that you couldn't do anything about.
Resto druids healing increase was also a good change with the battle fatigue change.
5.2 is looking better and better.

I'm not sure a 'slight increase' in healing will be enough to keep us competitive though.

pala changes are good.
seems like they are about to buff priest more (check other thread) which is also good.
the whole cyclone changes are bad. shouldv'e keep cyclone the way it was just make it 20 sec cd for ferals (without that dr thing )
