i guess you didnt play in vanilla/tbc.. reckoning was a talent that lets pala hit an additional time. it has nothing to do with 5.2

Its not a bug- its 4pc T15. Templar goes from pure phisical to full holy dmg.

Basically, templars verdict does about 70% more dmg (includning bigger mastery) than w/o 4pc t15

• Item - Paladin T15 Retribution 2P Bonus (New) Your Exorcism causes your target to take 6% increased Holy damage from your attacks for 6 sec.
  
• Item - Paladin T15 Retribution 4P Bonus (New) Your Crusader Strike has a 40% chance to make your next Templar’s Verdict deal all Holy damage.
