a friend and me want to roll 2x rogues for lvl 70 twink arena. We plan to run black temple for each other to get the war glaives one day.
Is the 70-74 bracket active enough to do this, and can you get 2200?

It is active enough for 2.2, 70 arena can be fun to dick around in, I know people have done 70 arena to 2400-3k on some bgs in US/EU.
Although as of current the bracket is infested with hybrids. Spriest/Protpally is fairly strong and is near impossible to kill.
If you are considering leveling rogues make sure to go engineering and get synapse springs tinker, it gives enough dmg to go for 100-0's since the removal of dance @ 70.
Also the MH dagger from sunwell is BIS, and you can also run kara for a 3x gem slot offhand for agi stacking. I personally run MH off last boss sunwell and OH glaive.
