They should just make it so you have to gladiator from the previous season or you need 2200 from the current season to get access.

Also should have to have your char linked to your account.

that works in a "ideal" game but each season imbalances should not spill over into AJ and could end up killing the forums 90% of the forums would be RLS vs 3dps drama on who is gayer

and you do have to have a char linked to your acccount for the junkie status atm

The current system filters out the completely clueless (AJ isnt great atm but its still miles ahead of wow forums) without being too "elite"

Ah right didnt realise you had to have a char linked to your account to post, is that something new??

I still think the system could be better than the current one, is a lot of people who have bought accounts with old glads on and such.

Dosent stop people who buy arena boosts or use fake accounts though, don't think its possible to stop them.

if you've kept your access since you first got the glad title, then the title allows you to keep it from season to season. if you lose access due to an infraction and you have an old glad title, then you'll need either 2200+ or the most recent season's glad title to regain access

if you just registered and your character only has an old glad title then it's not enough to grant you junkies access

2200 is too low imo. 2200 rating is just too easy to get, and you have so many people posting in junkies (e.g a mage called burt that streams and clicks abilities), that have nothing constructive or insightful to add to discussions because they have never experienced high rated gameplay which is what this site should be about.

is the same thing with people buying current glad titles, not really a issue AJ can fix

Yeah I know is hard to stop the people that will pay for it.

I think 2200 is about right this season, problem was at start when things like Warrior Mage Shaman was OTT. Should maybes set it at 2400 untill the balance is abit better then drop it to something around high duelist rating.

2.2k is higher ranked (in standing) than 2400 was of previous seasons
