Ok, as I want to learn Sony Vegas I made a video about it. Editing is still horrible, but it should proof the point I made, unless I oversaw something completely.


Just to make things clear. While Subterfuge and Dance is up, you are in Stance:1.

Means if you cannot use different binds for stealth and dance unless you use /cancelaura, but that costs you the buff duration for Master of Subtlety. Which means again that Mimmick is right that the only way to achieve what you want is to use /cancelaura, but I think that using the same binds for dance and stealth is overall the better choice.

To explain the mechanic in detail:

If you pop dance out of stealth you are in Stance:1 (stealth), if you use Vanish while Dance is up you remain in stance:3. Means the behavior is a bit strange. You stay in the stance (except 0) you were in first when both buffs are up. Vanish is stance:1 for sub, and stance:2 for combat and assasination.
