With the glyph removing the global cd, it opens up some interesting possibillities, basically being able to choose your beacon target before every heal.
For Holy Light, I put Beacon on something else when healing, because it heals for the same on the beacon target, but doesnt give a charge of holy power when healing the beacon target.
It's not that easy with the other heals as some will grant a charge of holy power when healing the beacon target. So what do you gladiator's deem the most efficient usage of the beacon?
[Paladin] How to use Beacon of Light effciently?

If you are healing one person who is being focused down by a cleave team, then just keep beacon on whoever they are attacking. If you are fighting a dot cleave just try to keep it swapping around to get the max benefit. The mechanic is far more one dimensional that it sounds, and I don't really like it.
