  • Nerve Strike now reduces the effectiveness of healing provided by the target by 25%.
  • Shadow Focus now reduces ability energy costs by 75% while stealthed (was 100%).
  • PvP set bonuses have been changed:
    • Vigor is now the 4 piece set bonus and increases maximum energy by 50 (was 10).
    • Deadly Brew is now the 2 piece set bonus, and its effects remain unchanged.
  • Combat
  • Subtlety
    • Sanguinary Vein now increases the damage the target takes by 20% (was 16%).

This is what I was writing about earlier in the thread. I had hoped the changes would come earlier. But it seems like a lot, I expect nerfs before the PTR is over.

As in redirect is still a 1minute CD and marked for death is it's replacement.

Idk how I feel about the cloak and dagger and dance. I wouldn't be happy without the option of being able step defensively, but optionwise the datamined hit and run looked more fun. Though, I wouldn't use it or the new talent though.

I'm expecting a prey on the weak nerf in the next 2months and maybe a shadow blades nerf the season after with gear scaling.

If you mouseover versatility on mmo-champ it says it's still in the game, just not a talent with the new build. It could just be wrong or something, but we won't know for sure until it gets specified/we test it ourselves

So instead of nerfing other classes they decide to add another retarded class to the board, i guess thats just blizzard... If these changes go live FOTM rerollers will have a lot of gear caching up to do.

it's hilarious how small changes to classes that need help and nerfs to the obviously op classes would be more than enough to at least make this game somewhat balanced, yet all they do is just overnerf and overbuff over and over again. it's sad

if these changes go through rogues will be on top again most likely, or at least in line with all the other op shit in this game

we'll see how many of these changes make it to live

dont forget guys we are not getting all of these changes along with what we currently have. As it stands atm we need to drop step for cloak and dagger thats a nono, we need to drop combat readiness for nerves strike or dt and shuriken toss for marked for death pretty much all we are getting is prep baseline. Its nice to see some changes though
