Remove blood fear, add:
Paralysis is now a physical, non-magical effect, and can no longer be dispelled, grounded or reflected, and its base range has been increased to 20 yards.

Blizzard needs to just give up.

what are these changes rofl, rogues are not bad at all right now. They needed some utility change but nothing more. If the patch would go live today with these changes rogues would be retardedly overpowerd.

No class deserves to be overpowered, just like no class deserve to be dogshit. It doesn't work like that.

tbh all that was needed was shs or prep baseline, lower cd on evasion (2 min not 3) and maybe something else, wouldn't mind deadly throw being baseline as well but maybe you spec into the interrupt part. Nerve strike is going to be dumb if it stacks with wound poison.

I disagree, yes shadow priests are very good right now however playing with a rogue offers a certain niche.  I think you could argue that you could easily replace the rogue with a warrior or mage and possibly do better, however I still think rogues do well in those two comps.
