Please change place of blood fear and howl so we can play with both coil and howl and no blood fear.

blood fear is basically a psyfiend
with a lower cd, BUT...
it costs 20% hp
it only affects melee attackers
it only has 1 charge

seems pretty well balanced for me... blood fear was retarded but now its retarded in a completely different way.

Demo was sure retarded. BUT...it was nerfed to the ground while retardness of warriors/mages was nerfed to a point where they still are best classes. Not to mention affli/destro being crap (both playstyle and effectiveness).

ps : talking about this season, excluding 5.2 changes that came out so far
