Monks have horrible CC, requires melee range and position requirements.  Paralysis should be 20 yard base, with talent putting it to 30 yards (perhaps then make it castable?), and have no positional requirement in PvP.  There needs to be a glyph so dots/dmg only have a chance at breaking it.  Other than that monks go oom much quicker than other healers, mana cost of surging mist probably needs to be toned down.  The enveloping mist (3 chi) hot, needs dispell protection (rewards chi if dispelled?) or something.  Also Tiger's Lust (t1 talent) should act more like freedom, breaking root and giving speed isn't very useful when target is just resnared instantly.

id like to see a change to remorseless winter, blizzard said they liked it and it promoted skilled play but lets ask ourselves, does it really? when your playing against competent teams they will always have a way to break the stacks

ofc i would :) which is what i would hope the changes i suggested would do for elemental atleast, since it would make lightning bolt worth using over purge most of the time, while opening up a glyph slot for unleashed lightning without losing ghost wolf or capacitor glyph. And also since purge still took 2 effects you would be spending fewer globals on purging when you needed to (: Ofc thats a perfect example of "make all my stuff match perfectly so i can be op" but with the state elemental is in atm i dont think that would be the case anyways ^^

well if they leave purge alone - nothing. It wont be a very fun playstyle for me, compared to how it could be, nor to face, but it will be viable sure :) But giving elemental a defensive cd and then nerfing purge, wont actually make it any better compared to how it is now xD depending on how that defensive will work, it might be worse than it is currently

Repentance should go back to being a ret ability. Blinding light could stay the same then, and give hpals a choice to get the old cc reduction as a talent.

I don't know where you're getting this 'with only a small boost they will all be amazing and borderline overpowered'.  I don't agree in the slightest, unless our definition of small boost is totally different.

I think if Demo got a medium-small boost it'd maybe be in an okay (if extremely boring) state.

Affliction and Destruction would still be bad specs, even with medium sized boosts.

Monk:
-Take tigers lust (freedom) off gcd or make it cost no chi.
-Fist + Leg sweep not able to be parried
-paralysis 20 yard glyph
-Glyph to make jab apply a 50% slow

Just a few things i would like to see from a WW monk pov.

Ele shaman: healing tide not getting 1 shot, stun totem not getting 1 shot, healing tide not ticking 8k, healingtide not ticking 6k, give us an offensive cd, give us a passive dmg reduction / ice block cd, give us back old ghostwolf so we dont have to waste a fucking glyph on it.

edit: dont even get me started on healing surges LOL

I think most hunters are used to being dogshit, hell all i want are some bug fixes like powershot and my pet to not be 2 shot by every class in the game. And 0 hunters want to be bm.
