Just wondering how the rbgs rating system work. Recently got 2,2k in rbgs with some good friends helping me up. If i queue with some random 1500 players, will I lose like crazy rating each loss?
Really want the cap, but I can't play with my friends all the time

Its your Personal/Current Rating vs the other teams MMR.
So if you are 2200 CR and you play vs a 1500 mmr team and lose you will lose -25 the maximum you can lose for a RBG game.

Play with your friends all you want, but your rating will likely slowly degenerate as you will lose more rating losing than you will by gaining. If you play with them long enough, and they are good enough, it won't matter and your rating will get back up there. I wouldn't count on that though.

Well, if you feel like you can easily gain the rating back if you were to lose two games then sure. At that MMR you will gain little but lose a lot.
