why would you ever want to remove your tremor totem?

Removing tremor is never a good idea. Fought so many Shaman healers that destroyed tremor after my Scream and proceed to get chain feared by my fiend right after. Don't do it.

Would destroying the tremor totem not reduce the cooldown by 30 second due to the shaman ability Totemic Restoration? Or is that not how it works?

Yep i want to destroy my totem so its cooldown is reduced via totematic restoration.
