a six years old workstation dual cpu setup and a 55xx GPU? you probably need to build a new system, you can upgrade your GPU and it will yield a very noticeable boost but your CPU will still bottleneck you and getting a new one of those means a new mobo, ram and CPU

basically a whole new system if your PSU is mediocre or getting old

need more specs and possibly a budget, download speccy and give us the details

There is nothing in a 100GBP budget that will give you a significant improvement.  You're using a 6 year old server socket with no real upgrade path.  You would have to at a minimum get new CPU, Motherboard, and RAM.  Likely new GPU and HDD (not much SCSI support in the consumer world I think?), and PSU.

Yea basically there's no way, you need a new computer from the ground up.  There's an off chance you have an actual ATX case and PSU, if you have some crazy dell workstation the parts might not even be fully (or easily at the very least) interchangeable.
