In light of the recent massacre in Newtown, CT, where 28 people were gunned down, (20 of them children), at the Sandy Hook Elementary School, the Westboro Baptist Church posted via Twitter that they were "going to picket the funerals of the children who died there." The infamous hacker group Anonymous responded by posting private/personal/professional information, etc, and did silly things, like buying Porsche's with some of the 'church' staff's money. They also hacked their website, and some members are relaying their active locations.
It's worth mentioning that the Westboro Baptist Church thinks it's God's will and judgment for soldiers to die in war and for innocent people to be slaughtered.

Anyways, the Westboro Church irritates me beyond belief, simply because sometimes it makes me reconsider why we deserve some of the rights we have as American citizens. Normal people would be shamed by this kind of behavior, but looking at the delusional way these people act, it's just mindblowing.

the way i see it they are a complete waste of oxygen and they go out of their way to cause misery and grief pretty much everyone so they can get media attention.
btw saw a thing this morning that said that most of these serial kills probably had suicidal thoughts but didnt wanna die without anyone knowing anything about them and just being another nobody taking suicide so they went out and shot people for "fame" not givng a fuck if the attention they got was negative or positive aslong as they got attention. Definetly true for breivik as that was 100% of his motto and seems rather true for others aswell.
