I agree shockwave perhaps needs to be toned down a tad, but if you're a good player, it's easy to find ways around it.

Shockwave is strong, but it's by no means the reason why rogues are unplayable at the moment, fix rogue class rather than making warriors dogshit again (remember s11 anyone?).

People who run with less than 60 percent resil and go full mongoloid pvp power shouldn't rly complain about damage taken at all.

Yeah, that extra 3% resilience would have prevented this entire scenario.

honestly, it amazes me people try to justify 10% resilience difference for a 106k hit.

yeah, i play shitty combat but rogue defense is the same regardless of the spec so it doesn't matter.
that 10 percent more resilience is almost 25 percent less dmg taken, yes that is going to save your life. I hate beating on a dead horse, so i'm not going go off and explaining you how good resilience scales.

yeah thats balanced

lets also make it an aoe stun so i can stun whole team that costs 0 energy too
