a) reduced skill/timing required to play a mage = any noob could do the same, unavoidable damage
b ) didn't work half the time if you pressed it too soon after frost bomb is applied
good change, although i feel like maybe the CD of defensive dispel should go up a little bit. so that healers would actually have to make some sort of minimal sacrifice for dispelling frost bomb, seeing as now they can just never dispel anything but frost bomb

This is the flaw in the current dispel system. Dispel one persons fear or dispel the others deep frostbomb, lose lose situation.

halfway agree,but I'd prefer if they made dispel no CD again it might make it a bit less of an annoyance tbh, & what would be reasonable to make dispel CD. It's already 8 seconds lol..
