Played about 20 games when all of a sudden my team mate got stuck on loading screen two times (ruins+tol'viron) and got kicked out back to durotar with the console message "Transport aborted instance not found", or something similar. Anyone knows what it's about?

Hype had this problem too, he said to not be in a cross realm zone while q'ng, ( org/ stormwind) and make sure the players in your group join the arena before you.
Worked for my shaman friend maybe someone else knows more about it though

happens if you have a crap computer or bad latency/internet. Yet to see anyone with good net or computer have this happen to them... only people with bad net/computers since it won't finish loading the map so it teleports you out.

lol what are you on about? this happened to me and I never go above 50 ms which is totally fine and I have a very good computer.

This has happened to me but never with arena, only once I can recall and it was with a random bg. I can assure you my computer is pretty high end, and I have very good internet

Alot of people had this issue already at MoP release and it's not just arena, it's also instances and BG's. Search official forums or MMO-Champion for solutions, I have a feeling you wont find one here.
