Since when is this a discussion about paladins? I doubt anyone thinks paladins are op, so it is irrelevant.

Generally, the class based insulting goes, "Lol, you play [fotm class], so you have no opinion" - not, "lol, you play [tied for second best healer out of 5], so you have no opinion."

Therefor, you are a resto shaman (best healer) and play with a shadowpriest (class in question), so you have no opinion.

Using CC on the spriest = less CC to use on the shaman

It is funny though, considering these would be the same priests that whined about how hunters should get nerfed, and then now they do the exact opposite when it comes their turn.

Edit: By the looks of your post history, you just go around defending shadow priests everywhere.

Lifeswap, Defensive dispel, offensive dispel, some of the best CCs, easily avoid ranged cc, insane burst, decent offheals

Far too much to have on a single class. They were fine before, but with nerfs to all the other classes they are dominating.

Mass dispel should be taken away, definitely.

You got 2.4k because of a stampede bug... Maybe instead of complaining about classes, get some lessons from butdome and coonzilla they seem to do very well as kfc. You don't need cc to win a game, You can just win from raw damage

BTW You were never near 2.4k again, You were 15-4 at mid 2200s lol

How does spriest have the best cc in the game? The pet is fearable by palas, one class is practically immune to fear, druids can typhoon / displacer so a psychic scream is almost never landed, totemic restoration makes priest fear a complete joke. If you wanna talk about best cc in the game, you need to refer to mages, feral druids, hell even holy paladins when u get cc'd into oblivion once u get hojed into rep into blind.


Insane burst? I was testing for the lols a couple of days ago full pvp power gems, I am doing 90k crit devouring plague with trinket up, note that if you reforge full to crit, u get around %10 chance to crit That translates to warrior shockwave, heroic leap with cds up or single mage icelance.

The shadowpriest support is absolutely necessary, actually that's the reason why drooling tunnelvision monkeys in this thread are upset with the spec because they can't spam unhealable damage and win arena when there is a shadowpriest.

Sure, when the burst is tuned down and severely broken classes are fixed, shadowpriests should be nerfed, but not in this state of the game and not with the 13 sec cd, 40k mana massdispel lol.

They don't do well at kfc, no one is "doing well", everyone dropped their hunter and got either a feral, mage, spriest, or enh. We started playing tonight at 2375 mmr, and at the end of the night we had over 85 percent of games with spriest in them.
