For your gemming, these are the common choices:
Damage
Red: int/pvp power
Yellow: resil/pvp power
Blue: pvp power
Damage/High Support
Red: int
Yellow: int/haste
Blue: pvp power/int
Survival
Red: int/resil
Yellow: resil
Blue: resil
Reforges can prioritize two different ways:
1.) 6% Hit > Haste > Mastery > Crit
2.) 6% Hit > Haste > Crit > Mastery
The difference being that crit provides more burst and single target damage for setups like godcomp,
whereas mastery provides double VT mana return on procs, slightly more chances to proc instants, and good multi-target.
You still want to prioritize haste over all, although its value past the current reachable breakpoint is debatable. Can't go wrong with faster casts, though.
Its all preference really, try them out and see which you like better.

No problem, I don't know of any addons for that as I don't use one for it so I can't be of any help there. If nobody else responds I'll look around.

This is the second time someone has said this in a week on this forum and neither of you have shown proof of it, if you have any please show it. I really want to believe this as I'm a crit whore, and you cant go wrong with better offheals.

I did some tests on TR AFTER 5.1 and with INT gems i was hitting just a bit more with it ( +1 dmg every 2 gems). The thing is that int gives as well + crit and after 5.1 it benefit Heals too. No dubt. As well keep in mind 1 thing, ANY buff in arena benefit the STATS (like int / spell power etc) and NOT pvp power.
Supposedly it is better than pvp power for damage as well as heals, according to this other guy? This seems wrong considering the scaling of pvp power, but maybe there's a certain window during which int scales better than pvp power for damage? I might be able to figure it out if I looked back at the graph-hell post from when power stat was first put in the game...?

Oh nice, they updated it so the consistency isnt confusing. Looks like it IS better...
EDIT: Tested on TR and live with no procs active and swapping one gem at a time against an opponent in full pvp gear, int provides more straight damage in our current stat range, and thats before counting crit and healing potency.
