Well i am not going to complain before i have seen it in action. It's a interesting change looking forward to see how it will affect some classes that have 1 min CD burst etc but at least people wont do as much damage when they pop the cooldowns.

i dont like this change at all lol


on second thought its gonna make warrs do less dmg during burst cds, but I doubt it'll change mages one bit, theyll just rip through shit every deep instead of every third deep

Dreadful+Malevolent OnUse trinkets. As long as the trinkets don't share the current season name, it'll only put them on a cd for the buff duration.

I can see them further reducing damage but keeping healing constant at this rate. That'll be.... fun

If it wasn't for the fact that this change will most likely benefit some classes more than the others, it would be great.

But then again, at least this way some of the classes that have lengthy cooldowns can use something in burst opportunities when their CDs are down.

Who knows, but I'm sure they'll find a way to screw it up... at least slightly.

They shouldn't nerf pvp power on weapons, that will just make hc pve weapons bis again in pvp, they should however increase resil effect or baseline resi

Edit: btw everyone is only talking bout the cd reduction but they're also reducing the pvp power on em, anyone know how much? Might make humans less dominant

I get that they cut the str proc in half but they mentioned reducing pvp power on em too but not the exact amount

indirect buff to shorter cd classes, but an overall improvement nonetheless

Idk if some1 said it early but double on use trinkets only share a CD of the duration they are up, 20 seconds. So you can pop them back to back.

I don't really see the point though, with the proc trinket you can have both up at the same time? profit?
