They stealth nerfed it, they always stealth nerf shit right before patch goes live. They're such massive scumbags I can't even believe it myself.
They nerfed it because of shadow, but forgot that it was one of the few things keeping disc semi-viable before 5.1.

They nerfed it in a way, yes. But I personally found it qutie too OP to be able to use it while stunned / feared and so on. If you are in need of a defensive CD.. Just put a Shield onyourself and then use Spectral Guise and you'll stay in Stealth for quite some time. Should increase your chances a lot to get healed up again (incase you play Shadow)

Divine Star is healing pretty decently now. If you have good aim, you can even heal your allies decently too.
