I apologize if this has been answered in another thread. But I've been pondering about this for a while.

Is the ONLY benefit of Shred over Mangle that is does 20% more damage on bleeding targets?

if Im not misstaken when you use tigers fury shred damage is buffed with an additional 20% to the improved version of shred.

You're definitely mistaken. Tiger's Fury increases all of the physical damage you do by 15% for 6 seconds. Has the same effect on both Shred and Mangle.
