Anyone else noticed the stealth weapon damage nerf after 5.1 on Slam by 25%, Mortal Strike by 10% and Overpower by 15%, or was it just a tooltip fix?

I think it was just a tool tip fix from changes a while ago

They went thru with the nerfs in the 5.1 patch.. it's a tool fix
