Don't want to be the one to shit on your ship but with 4 other teammates theres no reason you should have died to one lock. Yes demo lock dmg is isane but
a) you have ams
if you didnt have a defensive wtf you doing out in the open?
c) if a demo lock pop cds you really think you can soak it? Thats like trying to soak a warrior with a 4-5 stack
d)If any pvper sees someone realzing they usually try to stop it eg. a blanket cs, disarm, fear, poly etc.

tl;dr: While you blame this 'dogshit game' maybe you guys are just 'dogshit players'

Yeah dude, popping demon soul and instant casting someone down for more than their entire life pool in two globals is totally a L2P issue. It doesn't matter how many teammates he has, burst cds are simply too strong.

actually it is pretty difficult when you get  instant blood feared into the open then deep frozen JUSTTTT in case you survived the tsunami.

Chaos Wave damage is way too high, and just about the only thing propping up Demonology.  That said, double crits like this are actually very rare.  Warlocks have about 11-13% crit, so there's about a ~1% chance of getting two crit Chaos Waves in a row.  ~80% of the time, neither of them crit, and the damage is still really high but less insane.

While the crit chance is low it's the same idea as pre 5.1 5 stacks of taste for blood, rare but ridiculous when 'the stars align'. MoP is far too rng and 1 shot macro oriented to be taken seriously.

You need to pop defensive cds even if you are full hp when you see a huge wave crushing on you, you can also move behind the pillar and take 0 damage.

Let's be honest, you have to be kind of retarded to get your cooldowns LOS'd. It's literally the only thing you do as demo, you really shouldn't mess it up. And DK's can't do anything at all to stop the damage soooo
