Since I don't have a decent team and I cannot play that much, I don't think I can reach to 2200 to get tier1 weapon for a long time (maybe ever). Should I upgrade my tier two weapon or keep on buying other malevolent items? Thank you

you can upgrade your weapon. if you'll buy t2 later the upgrade will stay on it.
