Posted in the macros resource of the site, but I have no idea how long that will take to be submitted.
#showtooltip
/cast <Totem spell>
/click TotemFrameTotem<Totem number> RightButton
<Totem spell> should be replaced with the totem spell name, and <Totem number> with the number of the totem, 1-4, 1 being the totem on the far left and 4 being the far right. It probably won't be working for very long, as I'm sure Blizzard will find some conviluted way to "fix" this too. They'll most likely completely remove the ability to destroy totems without Totemic Recall though seeing as /click is a largely used command.
