Just tested that in arena i only notice the 30% healing reduction not the MS so don't think it stacks could be wrong tho.

What would the point of ms be if it didn't stack?

if it didn't stack then we've got a serious issue on our hands

weather its a good issue or bad issue depends on your class :druid: :duckers:

Battle Fatigue stacks with Mortal strike so it's like this. 30% healing reduction (tooltip still not fixed on live yet.) and a 25% Mortal strike healing reduction so 30% + 25% = 55% healing reduction (Mortal strike with Battle Fatigue)
+1 rep if helped!

Battle Fatigue is 30% less healing so you heal 70% of normal (0.7).
MS is 25% less healing so you heal 75% of normal (.75).

They stack, obviously.
Together you heal .7 x .75 = .525 or 52.5% of normal.

So with MS you reduce healing by 47.5% instead of 30%.

+rep cause I'm the first person here to understand how math works.

Yay math! Not sure why so many people assume everything is additive when virtually everything in WoW stacks multiplicatively.  :x
