Does anyone know the changes for the COMBAT_LOG_EVENT_UNFILTERED-arg's? Seems like they changed some of it (arg12 for example isn't spell-lockout-time anymore).

i think it depends on what event type you want to check.

There are always at least 8 arguments. (arg1 through arg8) Depending on the Prefix there will be 0, 1, or 3 more arguments. These will be numbered starting with 9 and going up to 11 if necessary. Depending on the Suffix there will be 0-8 more arguments. These will be numbered starting from the last Prefix argument (i.e. 9, 10, or 12).
So arg12 isnt always the same. It may be possible that COMBAT_LOG_EVENT_UNFILTERED itself hasn't changed, but the suffixes did - don't know it though.

They probably added a CC arg. The only way to find out is to experiment.
