You can't. There was already a thread about it, apparently Woundman is currently attempting to make a script. We shall wait and see.

o my bad didn't see the thread about it :l i really hope it gets done im playing with a old version of bartender even tho i hate using UI addons .. but it seems like the only way atm

Honestly tho ask yourself this question if the community has to do something right because the developers don't know their own game like honestly which dumbass came up with the idea Hey when ur charge stunned or when you're in any type of CC lets make it possible for you to no longer see your cd's like honestly.. but yeah i hope so aswell but losing more interest in wow each day :[

yeah it's pretty fucked that the developers can't atleast make a disable / enable option for all the red shit on your action bars, and yeah it's really annoying not being able to see any of your cds this patch is pretty awful
