I don't think that it should be dispellable, but it is so strong that making it undispellable in its current state might be over the top. It should be undispellable, longer duration, and weaker (or something like that.)

Buff lock damage. Nerf dark soul. Chaos Bolt/Chaos Wave hit for nothing without it, and hit for your entire health pool with it.
