I have tested this in BGs and in arenas and it appears that safeguard is no longer breaking roots for me, anyone else having this problem?

It was hotfixed last night, now working as it was before. Disro shout has also been "fixed' as to not go though Aura mastery effects. As to my knowledge, silencing a cast (strangulate, old gag order, silence shot) does not actually silence that cast still. Need confirmation on fix for that.
