Moonkin have the biggest 1 shot macro in the entire game right now, and it lasts 30 seconds and is undispellable. What?

Have you even played a moonkin in arena?
I've probably had about 20 games where I 1v2 or 2v3 people popping all my stuff as a moonkin. So no, moonkins dont need a dmg buff at all. Their sustained damage is not bad at all, they bring off-healing and lolclone aswell. Moonkins are 100 percent fine where they stand

Sorry but moonkin damage is not easy to counter like demo locks, what are you talking about? Demo locks damage can be dispelled, Moonkins damage can not. Moonkins have changed from the way people use to play them thats all, They are less of a dot class and more of a single target class now thats all. Their damage is still fine
In regards to Moonkins you need to be specific about the damage.
The overall damage during incarnation and celestial alignment (the 2 big 3 min Cds) is big if you get dots rolling and starfall is up is strong. Especially if you macro nature's vigil to incarnation. The overall damage is strong, in a very good place.
The burst has potential but is not RELIABLE like other classes. You have to wait on a proc (starsurge), make sure you are in lunar phase, and find a window to cast starfire (~2.5 sec). If something gets fucked up you have to wait 3 min to burst again. Most moonkins are also hanging around at 15-18% crit.
I don't feel the burst is TERRIBLE, I think its actually balanced and at a good place, but you cannot compare it to mage/demon/war burst. That burst is much easier to pull off, and in the case of mages, you can burst every deep.
