[Spinmove]

I have noticed an issue that randomly occurs with casting Frost Bomb where the cast will complete (not interrupted in any way) and yet the Frost Bomb will not apply.

It does not go on cooldown so it wasn't dispelled.

I've tried but cannot recreate the bug, however I do notice when it happens - especially in RBG's where the amount of Frost Bombs I'm able to cast is plentiful.

Just wondering if anyone has run across this issue or if I should look into my own playstyle and try to correct my error (though I can't accept it to be my error considering what I've experienced)?

It's probably your nova's end or your short term buffs ending, I've noticed when nova's end (not break) or when short term buffs end you stop casting and I've had the samething you described happen with frostbomb =(

I have this same problem I would think I got kicked or something but I'm not locked out of frost or in a blanket or anything like that.

I'm not sure ive experienced the issue youre having, but i have noticed both while playing shadow priest and mage that if you use spectral guise when you have frost bomb on you it sometimes won't explode. may be relevant

The bomb explodes but does 0 damage. Gives FFB proc tho.

sometimes im casting and all of a sudden my character will just stop casting as if i moved or jumped
happens a lot with frostbomb

There's also a bug that causes frost bomb to detonate twice.

From what I've gathered, it has something to do with the Fire Blast Glyph. I think that if you detonate the Frost Bomb right when it's going to do so naturally, it replicates the spell.

have definitely noticed this. same thing happens to my warlock, where i'll dismount and my next cast will get interrupted, although after running a few tests i noticed the problem is the glyph that lets your mounts walk on water.

No thats the fireblast hiting on a frozen target aswell as the bomb, doing ½ the frostbomb dmg + the frostbomb dmg..

Did a bunch of testing tonight cause i thought i've also seen it, doesn't seem to be it. Can't quite figure it out either.

I noticed this for frost bomb and ring of frost too , it's pretty rare but it's so annoying when it happens. Did also get hit by a double bomb once (95k+98k at the same time) but couldn't do the same even if i use fire blast at the exact same moment the bomb is exploding
