Well yes, the difference between t1 and t2 is noticable.. I think Veev said it's approximately a 12% increase.

you really should do a lot of damage even with t1 weap, just not as much.

Well, the difference is insane tbh.
I´m getting quite frustrated on my t1 alt warrior while on my main warrior im just ripping through everything.
