Hello,
I recently started playing a rogue in MoP, and I'm not sure what I should be doing to maximize my damage.

Should I keep a 5 pt rupture up, and when it's up use Eviscerate for my combo finisher?
When do I use Shiv?
Should I be spamming backstab or hemorrhage to build combo points?
Do I use Expose Armor?
Are there two poisons I should always be using or do they change depending on the comp?
When should I open with Garrote vs. Cheap Shot?
When I Shadow Dance should I just spam Ambush?
Do I use Crimson Tempest at all?
