Players who participated in Guild Wars 2 Lost Shores Event at weekend must have encountered disconnection at the end of the event and did not receive their event rewards. On November 19th, ArenaNet announced that they were trying to implement a solution so that people who participated would get their rewards, but this took work on their end, so it would not happen immediately. Be patient.
