healingnerf will be a buff for affli/sp healer or shadowcleave, but first we have to see how it really makes a diffrence, still a feral has stronger dots(bleeds ofc, i still call em dots) than we have :P (also i think sp dk healer is stronger than affli dk healer ^^)

I wouldn't be so sure really. 0 mitigation and a "take it in the face" playstyle, I think it'll benefit dks, warrs and sps more than aff locks. Not to mention Life Tap taking a huge chunk of hp each use, combined with 0 self-healing unless you use a rather awful glyph.

ye i not say it will be a buff cause afflocks will be op :D it just benefits this comps that already do okish now ^^

I can't tell if you're a troll or just dumb if you think 2500 Siphon Life ticks would be OP while spending 72k on each lifetap.

geez, here we go.....
lets take an ability everyone knows is OP. how does Second Wind sound like to you? it heals 3% hp/sec, assuming 400k hp it means 12k hp/sec but that is below 35% hp.

now back to siphon life glyph, corru ticks for 2.5k w/o cds on a 2 sec base frequency. adjusting a 10%ish crit chance and 15%ish haste and we have ~3.5k each 2 sec, or 1.75k each sec.
assuming you can keep corru up on 3 targets, thats about 5k hp/sec
less than half or a warrior's second wind but its up regardless of your current health. now factor in haunt/procs/cds/pets/fel armor/MG and the number is even bigger. so yea, 100% is way too much for passive regen and would make the glyph mandatory.
in comparison, if you had a warrior being trained the whole match while you had corru up on all targets, siphon life would have about double the healing of second wind throughout the match.

i do agree the glyph should be buffed a lot, but 100% is way too much. i'd say 50% feels reasonable

i do think 30% is low too, specially for demo and destro.
one of the problems of siphon life getting life back based on dmg done is that its either balanced in pvp and too good in pve, or balanced in pve and underpowered in pvp.
IMO they should change it back to restore some % of your hp on each tick, independent of how much dmg it dealt.
about haunt i personally would rather see some dispel protection component on it for your dots instead of health return.

I wish they'd just bring back 8s cd Haunt and Shadow Embrace as the way warlocks deal single target damage, but I don't think there's any chance of that happening :(

Was queing destro mls from 2.3-2.4 today, seems even more shit now.. mage just pissed the whole time about how healers are just dispelling his fb.... then tried shadowcleave with about the same mmr and it was just shit awful, cleaves run in blow their load on our sham. he is bitching about the healing nerf while we have barely any cc for the melee...

Only option i see right now is playing with a warrior/spriest or feral.. but why they would choose playing with you over an spriest I have no idea.

And maybe firemls, not sure, haven't played with a fire mage this season.

Except warlocks get kills through CC, not unhealable damage.

They do, however, die to taking unhealable damage all game, so that's fun.
