I'm unbanned now and I got my gear restored ... But I still lack MMR / Teams / Conquest Point Season Earned. Atleast I didnt get banned for too long only lasted 2 hours.

Well whats stupid is I was capping out on Monday night before reset in 2v2, I havent even been on for most of this week.  Went 9-0, short and sweet.  I dont even know why I got a 72 hour ban, it really doesnt affect me much in the sense that I dont even log on regularly anymore, but it does kill the motivation to stay subscribed when you log in for about 45 minutes once a week to get conquest pt capped and then have all your geare stripped for some reason.

What exactly did you tell them to get an answer so fast?  I've been banned 25 hours and counting no response.

I atleast did appeal on my ban. It was resolved really quickly.
