Target of Target change help

Hey I just wanted to know if there was a script or something to help me make my target of target in the same place as in the photo and not the default ui way.Sorry the photo I have linked below is blurry but it was the best quality on the youtube video. i.imgur.com/yATKQ. jpg remove the space between . and jpg

TargetFrameToT:ClearAllPoints()
TargetFrameToT:SetPoint("CENTER", 60, -40)

and this is for the focus target frame

FocusFrameToT:ClearAllPoints()
FocusFrameToT:SetPoint("CENTER", 60, -40)

Is that the full script? do I just copy and past the into the Lua file?
