Warrior stamina bug

I noticed this bug about a month ago, some warriors having much more hp then me, even in much worse gear. Then i found out some warrios have 188 base stamina and some of them 668 (even if they are same race). This can mean like 20-25k HP difference too. Anyone else noticed this?
