U know what I was actually thinking after the 2nd game that if they swapped Shamans YasPresent would have had it.

On the Loosers Second Bracket Zunnyaki was always with much more mana then the other Team playing MLS, on this matchup Kollectiv's manas was always far ahead.
I guess thats also due that Zunnyaki plays a priest so.

what i got out of this tourney:

fear is so good that shamans instantly become the best healer because of a totem
mages and demo locks can solo people
as retarded as warriors are, they are still no match for caster cleaves
this game is going to suck for awhile if blizzard doesnt reduce healing and the effectiveness of cooldowns by at least 30%

MOP took the core problems of cooldownaclysm and managed to make them even worse from what I saw. Regardless of how stupid it was, it was pretty entertaining to see people get one shotted. Some of those kills made "DOWN GOES VENRUKI" look like it was the epitome of balance.

i agree. i was seriously hoping for a 5tfb one shot to just end one or even better 3 of the games so that zunni's team could win even while playing from behind 90% of each match just to show how retarded this shit has become

You are aware that cara went there as a ret pala, and pretty much started to play warrior recently right? I mean he played great, very impressed but this happened mostly because people qualified on cata and played the tournement on mop.

Do you think snutz would have won this easily otherwise? If the qualifications were on mop as well, there would be a hell lot of more warriors, hunters and mage/shadow priest teams. The fact that they lost in the finals doesn't mean at all that warriors are not superior.

If anything another/zunn and cara are the real champions of this tournement, they all changed their main classes and apart from another the other 2 had never played their new classes before mop yet they managed to get to the finals.

Yeah Pretty sure, back to the DOOM SQUAD / ZOMBIE time, where they at the time afaik Another played with O'RLY, and BOOZT or something in tourneys.

This championship was a joke imo. being that all the teams have qualified during cata so it put some teams at a clear disadvantage (look at the rogue teams) while making other team compositions that did not get affected rather get a boost from mop (see snutz team) a clear advantage over anyone else. It was obvious that they were going to win, blizzard basically gifted the world championship to snutz's team by releasing mop and teams that have easily beaten them like cdews team just got screwed by MoP.

Really the tournement shouldve been based on cateclysm, the expansion that everyone QUALIfied in
