Disbanded team because we got it by farming exploiters and it wasn't legit lol. I also tanked my MMR back to normal by playing with people who were really low mmr. It's really sad how everyone just assumes every person is a piece of shit and instead of maybe talking to the person, they make stupid comments like that.

Why are people cheering for this?

This is the worst way it could go. Not only they're manually handling it which means there will be mistakes, but the damage is already done and it will stay in the ladder until there's a reset.

That's not even mentioning all the "legit" teams who benefited from this, directly or indirectly.

Is 5.1 at the same time as this fix? If not, they will very easily be able to get their rating back in a week. Stampede nerf in but mage and spriest nerfs not in...

Nice to see that they reset MMR and achievements also, but  what will they do with the "legit" 3k teams?
Queueing into wintraders on purpose like 20+ times to get 3k Rating is to me the same as wintrading, just reset them to 1500 or 2200 if they were above 2200 imo.

Please note: Conquest Point caps should not be affected by this reset. Point Caps will return to the appropriate levels relative to rating the following week.
