Is it a bug that once you leave the Dark apothesis form (whatever its called) that it reduces the fury back to 20% or does it say some where that this is intended? Just curious cause it would be nice to know if this could get fixed (if it is a bug).

yeah the glyph would be incredibly insane if it didn't reset your demonic fury, as you build fury super fast when in dark apotheosis.
however, as it does reset your demonic fury, that pretty much makes it instantly shitty like most other warlock glyphs xd
