I think people need to realize that this change will make resto shamans easily killable while completely ignoring the real issue at hand - our healing output being insane

Let's keep going this way.
Remove Barskin for while stun/blanketed, Remove PS for priest, remove buble for paladin... Instead of nerfing shaman's heal, let's reduce shamans to shit...

Great time reading this thread, analysing answers from people who agreed with this change : Paladin, my class is shit, so shamans should be!

Those couldn't be used while school locked so by your definition other healers have been shit for years, it was okay for one class to rock amazing cooldowns after an interrupt and now you are upset because shamans are finally in line with others.

I find it only reasonable to be penalised while you get interupted, it should have been made like a long time ago.
On the other side though not being able to use anything while silenced will be a rshaman (and shaman in the larger image) only thing, every other healer has something to use while silenced, i dont see why it should be different for resto shamans.

Oh well this is blizzard i don't believe any of us was expecting proper balancing.

@Ghostcrawler What's up with the totem nerfs coming in 5.1? I understand concerns for Resto shamans, but that really hurts Ele, and Enhance.

first NS gets nerfed
totems get nerfed
now they are talking about nerfing hybrid healing
resto shammy will be shit and enhance/ele will be laughable if all this goes live in 5.1

Did some arena and counted how many times i would of died last night out of a stun with a blanket CS, it literally would of been almost every 2nd game....

About fucking time, just make astral shift usable while stunned, increase barkskin cd, fix demo locks, along with the warrs and mages nerfs and we got a balanced game.

Yeah after watching that series between EG and the other team...cant wait for shamans to get nerfed, what a fucking joke of a class. no skill involved at all. 10-100% one global no cast time. child please

the problem with shamans is critting heals for 350k  or more ... not dropping totems while silenced.... just take away the level 90 unleash talent and tone down the mastery coefficient so shamans can't heal for 40million and poof shamans are balanced while not being completely veevable by every comp in the game.

already get railroaded enough by mele cleaves, now caster cleaves get to join in the veeving fun.

Are you just dumb or retarded? thats not what they are fixing.... learn to read the patch notes atleast and learn something about it before you support it..... they are not doing anything about 300k heals
