I tried it out in arena for a bit...
What I suggest is a Weapon Enhancement macro
Such as
#showtooltip
/castsequence Earthliving Weapon, Rockbiter Weapon
Since switching enhancements is a GCD it is hard to make a Unleash Elements macro straight off the bat... I suppose you just need a good anticipation and reaction time such as switching them back when you need to.
