It's relatively harder to kill a warrior than it is to kill a shaman as frost DK/Hpally. The reason is because between second wind, shield wall, fear, disarm, shockwave, and intervenes/leaps, a smart warrior will be able to kite a dk for a long time while the shaman is cc'ed. Similarly, the warrior can do massive peels if you are training the shaman.
So your team will need to work on chaining cc's so that both players on the opposing team are controlled when you go for a burst. For example, if going on warrior, your best chance is to cc shaman via strang/blind/repentence while catching the warrior in a hoj stun at the same time. Similarly, try to keep the warrior in cc's when your team goes for the shaman or be prepared to counter/immune shockwave/fear/disarm.
On top of that, be sure to help your DK burst. Denouncing the kill target is extremely useful. Not only is the damage substantial, you will also prevent crit heals which will severely hurt a shaman's healing.
Make sure to always keep an eye on the warrior's one-shot macro. Communicate with your DK about whether if you're trinketing a cc or sitting it, ask him to go blood presence, sac pet, kite, or death strike to stay alive when you're cc'ed. Also, try to anticipate the type of cc chains the enemy team will be putting out (shockwave, fear, hex, blanket silence, wind shear). Asking your DK to interrupt or copy a Hex among a long chain of cc is crucial.
In reality, Healer/DPS vs Healer/DPS in 2v2 will often result in long matches because it's rather difficult to align everything I mentioned above in a kill attempt (and you probably need everything to align for kills in 2s). So be patient and wait for the opponents to make a mistake. The better you're able to align cc & burst together as a team, the faster you will oom the shaman even if they manage to survive each of the bursts.

This is the key to victory in long matches or when you can't kill the dps or healer quick then you should follow this play safe and look for mistake and study how your enemie are playing , positioning the cooldown usage and every other important things that can lead to a perfect chain CC.
