With the 4sec deep and 6sec frost bomb countdown next patch, does anyone know it will be possible to get the frost bomb countdown down to 4 seconds with a ton of haste?

maybe as shatterplay with icy veins and a shitloads of haste, but you'd probably lose to much pvp power/mastery for it to be viable

Hrm maybe like Mastery>haste>crit and try to fit abit more haste and drop some extra mastery for the haste. That could work I use fireblast glyph so and I really like it but it does seem getting more haste if not running that glyph should do it.
