They still need to tone down other healers (much better games than if priests had infinite mana) and hybrid healing.
I don't particularly long for more CC or an interrupt, I like the challenge and it gives an opportunity to laugh at those who still lose to disc.
I thought when all healers received dispel magic, that it would be the final blow for disc. And it wasn't (yes I'm basing this mostly on RMP, which is not very fair). And similar to mana concerns, I'd rather have a bit less of things for everyone.

blizz just gave everything that we have for other classes.
imo priest are fine with healing, we just need a better way to get mana, and something good to go ofensive (8k smites lol)

Like I said in my previous post, fixing mana and healing is not going to solve anything.
Every single healer has more defensive tools, everyone has an interrupt, everyone can freedom their dps, everyone has a second(even third) cc, all other healers do better damage, they have better mobility and survivability.
Unless the development guys wake up one day and decide to remove 3 crucial spells from each healer except disc and add 3 to disc, there is absolutely no reason to pick this class over others in 3v3 arena.

Agreed.
While all other healers got another form of utility (interrupt, disorient, stun) priest got their removed (mana burn). I'm not saying that mana burn should have stayed, but they should have compensate it. And change to 4pc bonus for mooncloth was the dumbest thing they've did...

-Remove it from your spec.
-Remove it from the game
-Give it to others
-Put a cooldown to it
-Make it glyph'd so you can never ever have access to it.
-Make it talented but put a must have talent on the same row so you can never choose it-
-In case none of the steps above have been taken, find creative ways to nerf the spell i.e. power infusion(now can not be applied to other players)
Spells affected by Inner Focus cast while Spirit Shell is active now fully apply critical effect Heal to the shield provided.
Psyfiend Psychic Terror cast time has been increased to 2 seconds, up from 1.5 seconds.
The Psyfiend health has been reduced to 10% of the controlling Priest's health, down from 30%.
Now psyfiend is oneshottable and interruptable by people with 700ms.

Discipline Priests and Monks will be buffed somewhat to bring them up to par. We should expect to see those changes on the Patch 5.2 PTR soon.

They relentlessly nerf/remove/move to another tree anything that is good.
5.1:
-Psyfiend became useless ( low hp, fearable by pala, 2 sec cast time)
-Spectral guise can not be used in cc.
5.2 Prediction
-Cascade has been buffed by %0.012.
-Life swap can not be used in Arena.
